City gets cheap rent for 'one-stop permit shop'

Henderson County is giving the city of Hendersonville a discounted rate on a lease of space in the county building at 100 N. King St. for the city’s reorganized Development Assistance Department. The move will create “a one-stop shop for permitting and planning,” the city says.
