Plans filed for Osceola Inn redevelopment, apartments on Linda Vista

BL Corp of North Carolina, Fiona McColley and Osceola Lake Cottages LLC have applied for a zoning change to develop the 4.9-acre Osceola Lake resort as a hotel, restaurant, event center plus 26 dwellings.
