Main Street reopens after bomb threat at Historic Courthouse

The Hendersonville Police Department investigated a bomb threat called into an office of U.S. Sen. Thom Tillis and law officers and the fire department cordoned off a four-block area on Tuesday before clearing the scene at mid-afternoon. Investigators found no bomb or other threat, the city said in a news release.
